How to end a bad week?

Bad week doesn't begin to describe it.  Work-wise, it sucked.  Weight-loss-wise... it was worse.

I knew I had gained.  I went into the weigh in conscientiously knowing that there was going to be a gain.  And I didn't switch into my 'weight-in' clothes, so I knew my jeans would add some weight also.

I still didn't expect what I saw.

I gained.  But not just a little bit...

I GAINED!!!

It was bad.  Really bad.

However, there is no point in dwelling on the past.  It's done and gone.  (If you want to see how bad, it's in the tracker page.)

On a positive note.  I bought new sneakers today.  They are super comfortable and I hope that they will help with my arch cramping.  I'm looking forward to the gym next week.
